The estats nominats the earles of Lauderdail, Lanerick, Wareston, Sir Thomas Nicolson and p[rovost] of Edinburgh to be a committee to meit with the advocats of estate for preparing of processe of suche as are sumoned to the parliament, and to take the depositions of suche persons as are in prison, or anie others that may conduce to the cleiring of these processe.
