Armes to the earle of Lanerick

The estates ordaines and commands the generall of the artellerie and his deputtis to delyver presentlie out of the publict magazen to the earle of Lanerick for the use of the shirrefdome of Lanerick ane thousand muskettis and bandelieris, fyve hundreth pickis [and] tuo hundreth suordis, with matche, poulder and ball proportionable, the said generall of artellerie and his deputtis first receaveing ather payment for the same or sufficient suretie for restoring als muche bak againe to the magazen betuix and the last day of May nixt.

Armes to the Lord Sinclair

The estates ordaines and comands the generall of the artellerie and his deputtis to delyver to my Lord Sinclare for the use of his regiment tua hundreth muskettis and three hundreth bandelieris, ane hundreth pickis, threttie swordis and beltis and tua thousand weight of matche, he alwayes giveing band to make the muskettis and swordis furthcommand to the publict if they sall not losse on service.

Poulder to the Lord Sinclair

Forsamekle as the Lord Sinclair hes furnished and bought sixteene hundreth weight of poulder for the use of his regiment, and the estates finding it just that he be releived of the pryce thereof, doe therefore ordaine Williame Thomesone to delyver to the Lord Sinclair sixteene hundreth merkis for the pryce of the said poulder.

Armes to Sir William Cochran

The convention of estates ordaines the generall of the artellerie to delyver out of the publict magazen to Sir Williame Cochrane of Coudoun for the use of the shirefdome of Air ane thousand muskettis and bandilieris, tuo thousand weight of matche and ane thousand weight of ball, the said Sir Williame assigneing to the generall of the artellerie and his deputtis the contract whereby Alexander Maxwell and James McKeane are bund to delyver to him at Leith ane thousand muskettis and bandelieris and tuo thousand weight of matche betuix and the sevent of May, and als giveing band that if the merchantis faile, that he sall pay the said generall of the artellerie and his deputtis the pryce thereof at that day for the use of the publict.
