The estates doe declaire that in the division of the great committie to be in tuo quorums, one to be with the armie and another to remaine in this kingdome, the meaneing of the estats wes cumulative and not privative in so farre as anie on[e] of the saidis tuo committies is, notwithstanding of this division, a member of both committies, as he sall have occasion to be present and hes als free voice and place in either of the committies as if he wer particularlie named.
