The committee to meit with the English comissioners†

The conventioun of estaits, considdering that thair are some commissioneres sent from both housses of the parliament of Ingland who have some things to represent to the estaits, doe heirby give commissioun to the earle of Lindsay, Lord Balmerinoch, Sir Thomas Houp of Kerse, Sir Archibald Johnestoun of Wariestoun, Sir John Smith and Mr Robert Barclay to resave from the saids commissioners any papers or quhat ells they would have representit to the estaits; and to report the same with diligence.
