I, Sir William Douglas of Caveris, knycht, shirreff of Teviotdaill, be thir presentis, consentis for me and my successours that the act grantit be the king and parliament in favours of the toun of Jedburgh anent thair fairs be extractit to thame without the exceptioune and reservatioune set doune in my favours thairintill.
