Our soveraigne lord and estates of parliament, considdering his majestie declaratioun efterspecifit anent the teindis of the bishops kirkis, ratifies and approves the said declaratioun in the haill pointis and articles thairof and declaires all rychtis granted or to be granted be his majestie to quhatsomevir persone or persones in prejudice of the said declaratioun and of thir presentes (with the exceptione allwayis and reservatioun foirsaidis) to be null in the selff. And ordaines thir presentis to have the strenth of ane law in all tyme comeing.
