[Nomination of commissioners to revise the treaty of London]

The nobilmen nominates the Erles of Cassillis, Lauderdaill and Southesk, or ony two of them, with the Lord Loudoun, to revise the treaty, correct the errors of the wryteing and put the same in that forme as it should passe the great seall, and to extract ane note of what is not concludit bot remitted to the consideratioun of the king and parliament.

The barones nominates Innes, Dundas, Kers, or any tua of thame, with Wauchtoun, to reveise the treattie, correct the errores of the wryting and to put the samyn in that forme as it sould pas the great seill, and to extract ane not of quhat is not concludit bot remitted to the considderatioun of the king and parliament.
