Proclamatione for ryding the parliament upon Wednesday nixt red and approvin in parliament.
It being questioned quhither any lord of parliament should give place to others that ar not lords of parliament at publik or privet meittingis, it was found efter voitting that this questione could not be determined till the pairties haifing interest should be first cited.
It being questioned in the act and commissioune for plantatioune of kirkis what sowmes shall be allowed to ministers, commissioners to generall assemblies or other publik meittingis, and how the same should be imposed and uplifted, the kingis majestie and parliament refers the same, both anent the quantitie of thair espensis and maner of imposing the same, to the commissioners nominate in the said commissione to be modified and determined be thame. And siclyke anent the provisioune of churchis out of the teyndis of chapters, deaneries, subdeaneries etc., appointis that claus to be rectified and stand in thir termes: lyke as it is heirby declairit that the teyndis and teynd dewties quhilk belonged to chapters, deaneries, subdeaneries, and others dignities of thair chaptours shall be lyable to the provisioune of the kirkis quhilks ar annexed thairunto, according to the proportioune of eight chalders vict[uall] or 800 merkis forth of the teyndis of the awin parochin allanerlie, conforme to the act of parliament. And the persones underwritten protested that the said claus be not prejudiciall to their rights of teyndis or teynd dewties belonging to chapters, deaneries, subdeaneries or other dignities, and thairupon askit instrumentis, viz: Marquis of Hamiltone, Erle of Seafort, Erle of Galloway, Lord Amont, Laird of Glenurquhie and Craigievar Balgonie†. And the remanent of the said act, as it is appointed to be mendit, red, voitted and past in parliament.

Act anent the superioritie of landis haldin of collegiate kirkis, provestries and prebendaries red in audience of the kingis majestie and estaittis of parliament, who appointis ane copie thairof to be gevin to everie estaite to be advysed whill the morne.

Report of the committe appointed for taking tryall of the faultis and informationes against these quha ar cited to parliament red in audience of his majestie and estaittis of parliament, who appointis ane copie thairof to be gevin to everie estaite.
Appointis ane copie of the remonstrance of all the artificers of Scotland to be gevin to everie estaite to be advysit whill the morne.
Ratificatioune of the act of releife maid be the committe to the borrowis red, voitted and past in parliament.
Commissione for the common burthenis red, voitted and past in parliament as it is mendit upon the margins, and with the declaratioune subjoyned thairto in favours of the clerk register.

Supplicatioune be the British subjectis in Irland, craving some supplie of armes and commanders, red and takin to consideratione.
Supplicatioune be Maistir Jhone Guthrie, craving to be putt to tryall or libertie, red and takin to consideratione.
Commissione graunted to the provest and baillies of Montrose for trying the murther of Issobell Drumie upon the supplicatioune of Jhone Drumie, hir brother.
Act ratifeing the proceidingis of the committee red, voitted and past in parliament.
Act for common releife of these who hes bound for the publik red, voitted and past in parliament.
Act of exoneratione and approbatioune of the Erle of Argyle, for the discharge of his commissione graunted to him be the committe of estaittis, red, voitted and past in parliament.
Appointis the severall bodies to meitt presentlie and als the morne at sevin hours in the morning, and the committe for ratificationes the morne at sevin hours, and the parliament at ten hours. And appointis the severall estaittis to reid and consider the commissiounes and actis concerning the publik now presentlie at thair meitting, in respect it is declaired that they shall be first voitted the morne.
Supplicatioune be the officiaris of fortune who served within the countrie, craving that they may haif full pay as the other reformiers of the armie abroade did receave, and that some cours may be taken for thair payment, red in audience of his majestie and estaittis of parliament, who ordaines thame to haif full pay without any deductioune and als much as the lyke officiars of the armie receaved in Ingland, notwithstanding of the act of the committe. And for thair payment, remittis thame to the committe appointed for the common burthenis.
And the lyke is done for the Lord Jhonestone his officiaris upon ane supplicatione presented be the Lord Jhonestone for that effect.
Supplicatioune be the Laird of Edzell, craving reparatioune of the losis sustained be him and his tennentis, being moved to the kingis majestie and estaittis of parliament, and they now not haifing tyme to answer the same, remittis the consideratioune of thir losis to the committe for the common burthenis, seing it may be they will fall under the compas of the act of oblivioune, or the pairties will be found not solvendo.
Supplicatioune be the Laird of Edzell, craving that some cours may be takin for reparatioune of his losis and for his indemnitie in tyme coming from the incursiounes and depradatiounes of highland men, being moved in audience of his majestie and estaittis of parliament, and they not haifing now tyme to answer the same, remittis the consideratione thairof to the committe for the common burthenis, seing it may be they will fall under the compas of the act of oblivioune, or the pairties will be found not solvendo.
Supplicatione be some officiars who wer taken be the Inglish shippis in thair coming to Scotland, craving reparatione of thair losis, being moved in audience of his majestie and estaittis of parliament, they remitt the consideratione thairof and what cours shall be taken for refounding the supplicantis losis to the committe appointed for the common burthenis.
