Rege presente.

Supplicatioune be Jhone Stewart of Coldinghame against Sir Robert Dowglas, craving accompt of the intromissione with his estaite, being moved in audience of the kingis majestie and estaittis of parliament, they appoint the Erle of Seafort, the Lords Sinclair and Jhonestone for the nobilitie; the Lairds of Dundas, Athernie and Prestoune for the barones; the commissioners of Aberdeen, Sanct Andrewis and Bruntiland for the borrowis to meitt as ane committe nominate to heir the said bussines and report agane to the parliament.

Act discharging the custome of two and ane halfe upon the hundreth, being moved to the kingis majestie and parliament, they appoint ane copie therof to be gevin to everie estaite and to the kingis advocat.

Act ordaning all teyndis to be gevin for pious usis red in audience of the kingis majestie and estaitts of parliament, who appointis ane copie thairof to be gevin to everie estaite.

Appointis the parliament to meitt the morne at ten hours, and the severall bodies at two hours efternoone.
