The kingis majestie and estaittis of parliament commandis the actis of June 1640 to be published and printed, and subscryved ane warrand for that effect.
The estaittis of parliament appointis the Thurisday efternoone for heiring and answering all supplicatiounes exhibited unto thame and dispensis with the sitting of the committees that tyme.
The director of the chancellarie exhibited ane forme of draught to be prefixed to the ratificatione of the treatie when the greate seale is appended thairto, quhilk being red in audience of his majestie and estaittis, they appoint everie ane of the estaittis to haif ane dowble thairof to be advysit be the estates.
Act prohibiting unlawfull aithes in Ingland red and redelyvered to the agent for the kirk, that everie estate may haif ane dowble thairof.
Act in favouris of ministeris, discharging suspensiones to be graunted of ministeris stipendis without consignatione, red and redelyvered to the agent for the kirk, that he may cause everie estate haif ane dowble thairof.
Act anent the bullion red and appointed to be shewin to the thesaurer depute and maister of the cunyiehous whill the morne.
Act anent the pearling, discharging the patent thairof and renewing the second article of the act 1621 anent banquetting and apparell, red, voitted and past in parliament.
Sir Jhone McKeinzie of Tarbett desyred to be exonered of his cautionrie, quhairby he was bound to the parliament to exhibite young Glengarie inrespect the said Glengarie is now present in face of parliament and thairupon askit instrumentis. And young Glengarie desyred that his supplicatione might be red and answered and declaired he could not find cautione, bot was content to act himsselfe. Thairefter Sir Jhone McKenzie of Tarbett of new agane acted himselfe, under the paine of ten thowsand merkis, that yong Glengarie shall appeir befoir the parliament when he shall be requyred and shall not goe out of Edinburgh or ane myle round about unto the conclusione of this parliament be ryding or prorogatione. And yong Glengarie acted himself for the said Sir Jhone his releif.
