Protestatione Laird Haddo againes the Lord Fraiser and Laird Leslie, thair ratificatiounes

In presence of the kingis majestie and estates of parliament compeered James Gibsone, advocate, as procurator for and in name and behalfe of Johne Gordoune of Haddo, and protestit that the ratificatione granted in this present parliament in favoures of Andro, lord Fraser and of Johne Forbes of Leslie of ther decreet obteent be them aganes the said Johne Gordoune of Haddo before the committie of the estates of parliament upon the therteene of Maii lastbypast should be nowayes prejudiciall to the said Gordoune of Haddo anent the reductione of the samene decreetes and ratificatione thairof prout de jure, and therwpoun askit instrumentes. And the said Andro, lord Fraiser, for himselfe and in name of the said Forbes of Lesly, protestit in the contrair.
