In presence of the kingis majestie and estates of parliament compeered [...] Home, sone to umquhile Collonell Home, and protestit that the ratificatione granted in favoures of Johne Carstaires, of his chartour and infeftment of the landis and tennendrie of Killconqher, should be allwayes but prejudice to the said [...] Home anent any rightes and infeftmentes granted to him or his umquhile father or ther authores and predicessoures of the landis and wtheres therinspecifiit; and therupoun askit instrumentes.
