Our soverane lord and estates of parliament ratifies and approves the contract past betuixt his majestie, with consent of the thesaureres and lordis of excheker, one the ane pairt, and George Rid of Dalldilling and Robert Ferquhair, feir of Gillmillcrofte, for themselfes and in name of the remanent fewers and vasselles of the lordshipe of Kylismuire and Barmeuire, one the other pairt, off the dait at Whythall and Halyrudhouse, the sevinteene of November and [...] December jM vjC therttie one yeeres, quhairby his majestie, with consent foirsaid, makes the said George and Robert as said is assigneyes in and to the reversioun granted be Johne, lord Loudoune to his majestie of the superiorities of Kylesmore for redemptioun thairof, to the effect the saidis vasselles may be infeft in ther particular landis of the said lordshipe be his majestie, as the said contract of the dait foirsaid, conteaneing diverse otheres conditiones in the selfe at mair lenth beeres; togidder with the renunciatione made be the said Lord Loudoun of the said superioritie of the said lordshipe, conteaneing procuratorie of resignatione in favoures of the saidis vasselles and feweres therof, to the effect they and everie ane of them may be infeft in ther particular proper landis and otheres haldine of his majestie in maner conteanit in the said renunciatioune, conteyneing procuratorie of resignatione as said is, quhilk is of the dait the fyfteinth of Merch, jM vjC therttie four yeeres; togidder with all infeftmentes granted be his majestie wnder the great seale or to be granted to them conforme to the said contract and procuratorie of resignatione foirsaidis, in the haill heedis, articles, clauss and conditiones therof. And willis that thir presentes shall be alse effectuall as if the said contract, renunciatione, procuratorie of resignatione and infeftmentes foirsaidis wer heerin insert de verbo in verbum, quhairanent his majestie and estates dispenses for evir.
