Ratificatione in favoures of the ministeres of Navarr

Our soverane lord and estates of parliament, considdering that forsameikle as it hes pleased his sacred majestie out of his royall zeale and fatherlie affectione to the grouth and incres of religione within this his majesties ancient kingdome, be his signatour, gifte and dispositione, daited the fourt day of November instant, to give and dispone to Maister Laurence Skinner, minister of Navarr, and his successoures ministeres at the said kirke, certane teynd dewties and fewdewties quhilke pertenit of before to the beshoprike of Brechine, extending to tua hundreth and fiftie fyve pund therteene shillingis four pennyes yeerlie, to be payed out of the particulare places of teynd and few dewties mentionat in the said signatour of the beshoprike of Brechine, and that in respect the present stipend of the said kirke of Navar, comprehending the haill valued teyndis of the said parochine, extending onlie to tua hundreth and therteene pund eight shillings with ane chalder of victuall, as the foirsaid signatour at lenth beeres, in all and sindrie heedis, articles and circumstances therof, and for his hienes and his successoures, with consent of the estates of parliament, decernes and ordeanes this present confirmatione to be alse valied and effectuall to the said Maister Laurence Skinner and his successoures ministers serveing the cuire at the kirke of Navar in tymecomeing as if the foirsaid signatour, gifte and dispositione wer word be word insert herein, quhairanent, and with all that may fallow therwpoun, his majestie and estates of parliament dispenses for evir. And farder, his majestie and estates of parliament hes dissolved and, be thir presentes, dissolves the foirsaidis fewdewties respective, extending as said is, from his majesties croun and patrimony therof and fra the beshoprike of Brechine and all other benefices whatsomevir, wherwnto they wer annexit or pertenit of befoir, to the effect the samene may remaine with the said minister of Navarr and his successoures foirsaidis, as ane pairt of ther stipendis at the said kirke perpetually in all tymecomeing.
