Our soverane lord and estates of this parliament presentlie conveend ordeanes ane act to be made therin, ratifieing and approveing the letteris of gifte made and granted be our said soverane to Maister Thomas Mitchell, minister at Turre†, of the dait the eight day of November instant, quhairby our said soverane lord, for the considerationes thairine mentionat, hes givine, granted and disponit to the said Maister Thomas Mitchell, his aires, executors or assigneyes, in contentatione and satisfactione of his bygone damnage and loss, all and haill the fermes, kaynes, customes, silver dueties and otheres dueties of the beshoprike of Rose, croptes and yeeres of God 1638, 1639, 1640, and 1641 yeeres as yit restand auchtand and wnpayed be the vasselles and otheres adebted and in use of payment therof, in the haill heedis and poyntes thairof, and eftir the forme and tennour of the samene in all poyntes.
