Procedure: ordinances regarding the fast and for accommodation of business
Ordinance anente the faste

The quhilk day the paper produceit be the commissioneres of the kirke, conteyneing the causs of the publict fast to be indicted, being publictlie red in audience of the parliament, his majestie and estates of parliament appoyntes the same to be givine to the ministeres that they may cause intimat the same to all the kingdome; and appoynt the fast to be upoun Sonday cum eight dayes for this sherefdome and all places adjacent that may be adverteised in due tyme, and for the rest of Scotland upoun the last Sonday of this moneth. For whilke end, the paper was instantlie givine to Maister James Bonar to be delyvered to the ministeres.

Ordinance for accommodation of bussines

The quhilk day the kingis majestie and estates of parliament appoyntes the committie formerlie nominat for accommodatione of bussines to meit eftir noone for accommodacion and happie conclusione of the bussines committed to them, to whom also the kinges majestie and estates of parliament gives power to take the late insident to consideracion and to do therin as they shall thinke expedient for removeing all impedimentes of accommodacion and happie conclusione of bussiness.

Modificatione in favoures of the Lady Aickete

The quhilk day the supplicatione givine in to the parliament be Anna Inglis, lady Aicket, againes Williame Cunynghame of Aicket, hir husband, desyreing payment of hir bygone modificatione and ane constant allowance in tyme comeing from hir husband for hir aliement, being red in audience of parliament, his majestie and estates of parliament, haveing tane the same to consideracion, decernes the soume of tuo hundreth merkis to the supplicant to be payed to hir yeirlie be the said Williame Cunynghame of Aiket, hir husband, in pairt of payment of bygones conforme to the act of the committie of estates set doune betuixt the pairties, quhilk soume ordeanes to be presentlie payed to the said supplicant and declaires shoe shall have no farder modificatione till the end of the cause; and ordeines hir to have lettires to warne hir said husband at the croce of Paisley and kirke of Dunlope to compeir befor the parliament to ansuer to the desyre of hir supplicatione and als to sommond witness for proveing therof, and declaires the citatione abovewrittin laufull.

Warrand for Johne Hendersone

The quhilk day the kingis majestie and estates of parliament grantes libertie to Johne Hendersone, servitour to the Erle of Athole, to goe where he pleass, he acting himselffe to compeir wpoun the first of Januer nixt or sooner when he shall be requyred. According wherwnto the said Johne Hendersone became acted and obleiged himself to the effect abovewrittin.
