The quhilk day the supplicatione givine in to the king and parliament be Collonell Cochrane, shaweing the maner and reassones of his conveyance, contrair to the parliamentes order, and offering now to goe thither, wpoun warrand for his receptioun and to wnderly all tryell of what is laid to his chairge, being red in audience of his majestie and estates of parliament, who commandis the said Collonell Cochrane to be imprisoned within the tolbooth of Edinburgh.

The quhilk day the kingis majestie and estates of parliament grantes dispensatione to the shereffe of Air and his deputes, and to the proveist and baillies of the burghe of Glasgow respective, to sit and hold courtes for discussing of actions and serveing of breives competent to ther jurisdictiones, notwithstanding of the sitting of this present heighe court of parliament, quhairanent his majestie and estates of parliament dispenss.
