The quhilk day ane generall complaint anente the prejudices susteent be the leidges throw the lordis of sessione ther not passing of billes and doeing there deuties incumbent to there places and chairge for administratione of justice to the leidges, being red in audience of his majestie and estates of parliament, and the desyre thairof considerit be them, his majestie and estates foirsaids gives warrand to the lordis of sessione to doe all and every duetie incombent to the chairge, conforme to use and wont, ay and quhill the king and parliament signifie ther farder pleasure heiranent.
