His majestie condiscending on the nomber of his counselloures and officeres of estate

The quhilk day the kingis majestie exhibite the list of his counselloures and officeris of estate whome he nominates for these chairges, and his majestie condiscendit therin that the nomber of his counselloures should not exceed fyftie tuo, both officeres of estat and other counselloures.
