The quhilk day the kingis majestie and estates of parliament, haveing considerit the supplicatione of the executoris and nerrest of kine of these who died in the house of Dunglas by the lamentable accident of bloweing wpe the samene, desyreing to be free of the payment of the quotes of ther testamentes, findis the desyre therof just and reasonablle, and therfor grantes the samene desyre and liberates them of the payment of the quotes of the saidis testamentes.
