The quhilk day Sir Johne McKeinyie of Tarbet, personally present in face of parliament, acted himselfe as cationer for the young Laird of Glengarrie, that Glengarrie shall appeare before the parliament when he shall be requyred, and shall not goe out of Edinburgh or ane myle therabout, wntill the conclusione of this parliament be ryding or prorogatione wnder the paine of ten thousand merkis and the Laird of Glengarrie, younger, acted himselfe for releife of his said cautioner.
