Procedure: the treaty superscribed
His majestie superscryveing the treatie

The quhilke day his majestie, in face of parliament, did publictlie superscryve the treattie quhilke is subscryved be the commissionaris. And sicklyke Wauchtoune, the shereffe of Taviotdaill, Johne Smyth and Hew Kennedy lykewayes subscryved the samene treattie in face of parliament.
