Procedure: ordinance regarding the disbanding of the army
Ordinance anente the disbanding of the armie

The quhilk day the kingis majestie and estates of parliament gives power and commissione to the committee appoynted for disbanding of the armie to set doune and conclud all such orderis and instructionis as are necessar for the peaceable and quyet disbanding of the armie, and to grant all such commissionis and make suche proclamationis onlie as may be usefull for that purpose, quhilke shall be als sufficient as if they ware done in plaine parliament.

Act in favoures of the memberes of parliament alloueing them acces to committies

The quhilke day it is aggried be his majestie and estates of parliament that all memberis of parliament may come and sit in any committie of parliament, and that albeit they be not named yit they are not excludit from being present except quhair depositions of pairties or witness ar taking wpon oath of secresie, in quhilke caise none to be present bot these of that committie. And it is agried be his majestie and estates that the committies may call any member of parliament to them whom they please.

Ordinance anent the tymes of meitting of the parliament and severall estates

The quhilke day the kingis majestie and estates of parliament hes concludit and ordeanit that ilke estat shall meit daylie apairt be themselves at sevine houres in the morneing, and shall sit from thence till nyne houres. And that the whole estates and bodie of the parliament shall conveene and meit togidder at nyne houres and sit to tuelfe houres. And that the committies shall meit at thrie houres in the efternone and sit till sex houres.

Committie for reveising the actes and articles presentit in the first session of this parliamente

The quhilke day the estates nominates and appoyntes the Erles of Roxburgh, Southaske and Mar and Lord Elphingstoun for the nobilitie; the lairdis of Dundas, Cambo, Ethernie and Houstoun for the barones; Richard Maxwell for Edinburghe and the commissioneris of Glasgowe, Dumbartan and Irving for the burrowes, to reveise all articles past or presented formarlie in this parliament since the first calling therof that these of ilke estate may give accompt therof to ther owne bodie. And ordeanes the bodie to report ther thoughtis therwpoun to the parliament if ther be any thing in these actis quhilke they would have altered, addit or diminished.
