Parliamentum dicti excellentissimi principis Caroli Dei gratia Scotiae, Angliae, Franciae et Hiberniae regis fideique defensoris tentum apud Edinburgum decimo septimo die mensis Augusti anno Domini millesimo sexcentesimo quadragesimo primo per ipsum dominum regem et omnes regni status infrascriptos unacum officiariis parliamenti subsequentibus, presentibus etiam comite de Erroll, constabulario, comite Mariscalli, mariscallo et Johanne Whyte adjudicatore

Sectis vocatis et curia ultime affirmata.

Stevenson, The Government under the Covenanters, 1637-1651 (Edinburgh, 1982), 174).
