The quhilk day it is agried be the estates that there be ane act mad explaineing the act for constitutione of the parliament, and declairing that it is the express meaneing of the said act to exclude all officeris of estate, that none of them have voyce or seance in parliament heirefter, and therfor repeallis all actis of parliament formarlie made quherby they or ony of them may pretend grund or libertie to sit and voyce in parliament.
