The quhilke day the supplicatione givine in be my Lady Stormonth to the parliament, desyreing libertie to the lordis of exchequer to pas the signatour of hir conjunctfie landis, being red in audience of parliament, the estates of parliament grantes the desyre abovewrittin of the said supplicatione, with provisione the same be not prejudiciall to any who hes beene employed in the army or publicke effaires.

The quhilk day the estates of parliament, haveing red and considerit the supplicatione givine in to them be the Laird of Orroke, desyreing that ane gift of his waird and mariage granted to Dame Marjorie Young in his prejudice may not pas in exchekker for the reassones conteanit in his supplicatione, the saidis estates of parliament dischairges the lordis of exchequer to pas the foirsaid gifte whill the pairtie be hard befor the parliament and callit therto.

The quilke day the thrie supplicationes givine in to the parliament be the Laird of Blair, the Laird of Cauldwell and the Laird of Cunynghameheid, craveing that the giftes of there wairdes and mariages may be past gratis in favouris of the supplicantes, in respect there fatheris and otheris respective conteanit in ther suplicatiounes be whais deceiss there wairdis and mariages fallis, died or contracted there deceiss, wherof they deceist in the publicke service of the cuntrie and good cause, being red in audience of the parliament, the estates of parliament findis the desyres therof reassonable, and out of certane knowledge that the supplicantes fatheris died or contracted deseass quherof they died in the publicke service of the cuntrie and good cause, the saidis estates appoynts the thesaurer deput and lordis of exchekker to pas the saidis thrie giftis of the saids supplicantis, there wairdes and mariages respective and that gratis without ony compositione.
