The quhilk day the propositione mad by the committie for the incendaries to the parliament beirand thir wordis, viz: to advyse with the parliament if these who are members of parliament may be usit as witness without prejudice of ther voyce as judges, wherin all these of this committie in ther owne opiniones thinke that all memberis of parliament may be usit as witness without prejudice of ther voyce as judges, being red in audience of the parliament and being voited, it is fund that these who are memberis of parliament may be usit as witness without prejudice of ther voyce as judges.
