Anente the propositione made that ane proclamatioune may be made for dischairgeing all judicatories dureing the siting of the parliament without dispensation,
The estates appoyntis ane proclamatione to be made dispensing with the siting of shereff courtis, commisser courtis, baillie courtis, barrone courtis and burrow courtis wnto the last day of August nixt, provyding they proceed not againes memberis of parliament or any of the armie or any imployit in publict effaires.
