The estates of parliament, haveing takine the desyre of the Erle of Glencairnes supplicatione to ther consideratione, findis and declaires that Williame, erle of Glencairne, his sitting and voyceing in parliament at this tyme shall nowayes be prejudiciall to him in the right of his place whensoevir he shall intend persut for the same befor any judge competent, and sicklyke that this ansuere or reference shall not in any sort prejudge these uther noblemen or any of them in ther rightis or possession and just defence of the same as accordis of the law.
