Supplicatioune by the doctours of physick, craving ane colledge of physiciannes to be erected in Edinburgh, red in articles, who appointis the Lord Burley, the Laird of Auldbar, Athernie and provest of Aberdein to peruse the overtures producit by the doctours and reference of the counsale and report the same to the lorde of articles the morne. The supplicatione, reference and overtures delyvered to Auldbar.

To remember that the occasione of the commissione contained in the act of pacificatione was inrespect that efter long debait betuix the Marquis of Huntlie and the noblemen of the other syde, thair was found so much intricacie and difficultie in many particulars as could not ordourlie be composed, and efter ane generall survey it was esteemed that the oddis and difference of the goodis takin upon ather syde was not so greate, and that thair was moir dew to be restored by the Marquis of Huntlie and that syde to the other pairtie then by the others to him or his syde. Thairfoir, the said commissione according to the tennor thairof was agried by both parties.
