[Ratification approved; act against the arrest of commissioners of parliament in the time of parliament to be drawn up]

Ratificatioune to the Erle of Lothiane.

Anent the supplicatioune presented by the Laird of Amisfield, craving that James Baillie and George Neill may be censured for offering to tak him the tyme of the parliament, he being ane commissioner, and that the dyett befoir the counsale quhairunto he is summoned by the said James Baillie and George Neill may desert and ceise, ordaines the dyett befoir the counsale to desert and ceise. And the advocat is appointed to draw up ane act discharging captioune against commissioners of parliament in the tyme of parliament, whill first the parliament be supplicat for that effect.
