Act and supplicatioune by the craftismen desyring the restraint of importatioune of foraine maid work. And efter hearing both parties the article, so far as concernis the discharge of the importatione of the forraine commodities contained in ane paper produced by Richard Maxwell for the craftis, red, voited and past in articles. Bot for the other pairt of the article craving merchands to be prohibited to sell the commodities maid in the countrie, continewis the same till the morne.

Act craving that no craftismen may use the trade of merchandice continewed till the morne that Jhone Smith may answer thairto, to quhom the kingis decreit arbitrall was delyvered to sie.

Supplicatioune by the commissioners and gentlemen of Mid Lowthiane, craving the place of ryding and voyting in parliament befoir the remanent shyres, and that they may be hard against the act laitlie past in articles, red and refuised.
