And for the guidis takin during the tyme of trowble, the lords will haif consideratione thairof when the comon course shall be taken; and refuises to recommend bot only remittie the persute of the particularis relevantlie libellit to the judge ordinar. And for the particular quhilk trinchis upon the marquis honour, ordaines Frendraucht to prove the same, quhilk Frendraucht promeist to preve† upon Mooneday nixt, and desyred ane warrand for summonding the friend quho can preve the same. And for the cautione for indemnitioune in tyme coming, ordaines Frendraucht to educe the act of cautione alreadie found, that gif the same be not sufficient it may be remedied. The Marquis of Huntlie askit instrumentis of the tennour and contents of this supplicatione producit be Frendraucht and that he abode by the haill bill and undertooke to preve the same, and protested that the haill bill be insert in the instrumentis.
