The supplicatione from some Scottismen in Ingland and Irland recommendit to the lord commissioners grace and to the counsale to be presented to his majestie, and this to be recordit in the parliament bookis and no otherwayes.†
Anent that pairt of the supplicatioune presented by the commissioners of the assemblie craving salmond fishing to be dischargit upon Sooneday, appointis the borrowis to speik thairanent among thameselfis and with others haifing enterest and to give in the ressounes pro and contra in writt upon Mooneday nixt, to be considered upon by his general and lords of articles.†

Anent the supplicatioune presented by Maistir David Lindsay, persone of Balhelvies, craving that notwithstanding the rescissioune of episcopacie and chaptouris, yit that his benefice or lands haldin of the chaptor provydit to him may be speciallie excepted, the lord commissioneris general and articles remitted to give answer thairto till they consider upon the generall course quhilk shall be takin anent all landis and benefices of chaptour.†
