Oure soverane lord, with advyse and consent of the estates of parliament now presentlie convenit, ratifies and approves and, for his hienes and his successors, perpetuallie confirmes the chartor and infeftment, with the new gift and dispositione thairin contenit, maid, givine and grantit be oure soverane lord under his hienes great seale, with advyse and consent of his hienes richt traist cowsigne Johne, earle of Marre, lord Erskeine and Garioche etc., his hienes great thesaurer, collector and comptroller within this realme of Scotland for the tyme, and of his hienes traist cowsigne Archibald, lord Naper of Merchistoune, his hienes deputte in the saidis offices for the tyme, and of the remanent lords, his hienes commissioners of exchecker within the said kingdome, to his hienes lovitt Sir George Ogilvie of Bamffe, knicht baronett, thairine styllit for the tyme George Ogilvie, younger, of Bamffe, and sumtyme fear of Dunlugus, his airs and assignais quhatsumever heretablie, of all and haill the lands of Sandlaw, with the salmond fischings of the samyne in the water of Doverane and thair pertinents, lyand within the shirefdome of Bamffe, and of all and haill the lands of Bauchlaw and Cairnolpies, with thair pertinents, togider with the salmond fischings and croves of the samyne in the said water of Doverane, lyand within the said shirefdome of Bamffe, with the houses, bigginigs, yeards, toftes, croftes, mylnes, multures, pairts, pendicles and pertinents, with all and sundrie the foirnamit landis respective lyand as said is; and of all and haill ane nett salmond fisching upon that pairt of the said water of Doverane, callit the Kings Water, besyde the burgh of Bamffe, with the pertinents, lyand within the said shirefdome of Bamffe, and of all and sundrie the lands of Outlaw and Tibbertie, with the pertinents of the samyne, comprehending the townes, lands, mylnes, multures and uthers wnderwrittine, viz: the lands of the maynes of Tibbertie, with the maner place of the samyne, yeards, orcheards, stankes, loches, pairts and pertinents thairof, with all and sundrie the townes and lands of Outlaw underwrittine, viz: Aldtoune of Outlaw, Greinlaw, Brigischillok, Brockistoune, Kiltricknock, Barbethill, Fattieheid, Rosyburne, with the mylne, mylnelands, astrict multures, suckin, knaischipes and sequells of the samyne, with the houses, biggings, yairds, toftes, croftes, outsetts, annexis, connexis, pairts, pendicles and priveledges of all and sundrie the foirnamit lands, tennents, tennandries and service of frie tennents of the samyne, lyand within the baronies of Outlaw and Tibbertie and within the said shirefdome of Bamffe; and inlykmaner of all and haill thes thrie fourt pairts of all and haill the towne and lands of Inchedroure, Loquhagines, Culbirnies and Kilpotties, sumtyme perteining to umquhile George Currour, fear of Inchedrour, with the maner place, houses, biggings, yeards, orcheards, mylnes, mylnelands, multures, toftes, croftes, outsetts, muires, moses, tennents, tennandries, service of frie tennents of the samyne, pairts, pendicles and all thair pertinents, lyand within the said shirefdome of Bamffe, all be the said infeftment creatt and erectit in ane haill and frie baronie, callit the baronie of Inchedroure, to be haldin of oure soverane lord and his hienes successors be service of waird and releiffe, as in the said chartor and infeftment of the dait at Halyrudhous, the fourteine day of Februar, the yeir of God jM vjC tuentie aucht yeirs, at mair lenth is contenit, togider with the precept of sasing direct upon the said chartor furth of his hienes chancellarie of the dait of the said chartor, togider also with the instrument of sasing following thairupon of the dait the [...] day of [...], the yeir of God jM vjC [...] yeirs, in all and sundrie the heades, pointes, clauses, articles, circumstances and conditiones thairin contenit, and efter the formes and tennors thairof in all pointes. Lykas our said soverane lord, with advyse and consent of the saidis estates of this present parliament, wills and grants and, for his hienes and his successors, perpetuallie decernes and ordaines that this present ratificatioun is and sall be als valeid, sufficient and effectuall to the said Sir George Ogilvie and his forsaidis as if the said chartor and infeftment, precept and instrument of sasing following thairupone war all heir planlie and at lenth de verbo in verbum insert and contenit; quhairanent our said soverane lord, with advyse and consent forsaid, for his hienes and his successors, hes dispensit, and be thir presents dispenses for ever.
