The same day comperit ane noble erle [...], erle of Lawderdaill, and protestit that [...], earle of Annandaill, his taking place befor him in this present parliament sould nawayes heirefter prejudge him of his richt he hes to the prioritie and precedencie of place and of all actioun competent to him of the law thairfor.
