The same day comperit the richt reverend father in God, Johne, archbischop of Sanctandrois, and protestit that the ratificatioun grantit in this present parliament to the richt honorable George, erle of Kinnowll, chancellour of Scotland, of his infeftment of Kincapill sall not prejudge the said Archbischop of Sanctandrois, nor his successors in thair richt that he or they hes or may have or pretend to the saidis lands of Kincapill. And thairupon the said Johne, archibischope of Sanctandrois askit instruments.
