Parliamentum continuatum dicti excellentissimi principis Caroli Dei gratia Scotiae, Angliae, Franciae et Hyberniae regis, fideique defensoris, tentum apud Edinburgh decimo nono die mensis Junii anno Domini millesimo sexcentesimo trigesimo tertio per hos commissionarios subscriptos, viz Andream Argadiae episcopum, Georgium Orcadensis episcopum, Robertum dominum Melvill, dominum Joannem Hay de Lands, militem, clericum rotulorum registri ac consilii supremi domini nostri regis, et dominum Thomam Hope, advocatum supremi domini nostri regis, una cum domino Georgio Forrester de Corstorphin, vicecomite vicecomitatus de Edinburgh, Alexandro Clerk, proposito burgi de Edinburgh, magistro Joanne Hay, clerico de Elgin, pro constabulari, magistro Joanne Olyphant, advocato, pro marescallo et Andrea Quhyte adjudicatore.

The quhilk day the lordes commissioners forsaids of this present high court of parliament now current, eftir the productione of the commissiounes of the small barounes and frie borrowes, continewis this present parliament and all actiones, causis, sumonds, supplicatiounes, petitiounes and articles quhatsumevir to be thairin treated quhill Thursday nixt, the tuentie day of Junii instant, at the quhilk day ordanes the haill estaits of parliament to attend his majestie at Halyrudhous and to accompanie his majestie in most solemne maner to the parliament hous as hes bene accustomed; and ordaines the saids estaits to attend the said parliament quhill the finall end of the same under the paines contenit in the actes of parliament; and ordaines publicatioun to be maid heiroff at the mercat croce of the burgh of Edinburgh, quhairupon Sir Thomas Hope, his majesties advocate, askit instruments.
