Petition for Frances [Herbert], countess of Seaforth moved and [George MacKenzie], earl of Cromarty and others concerned in the said petition ordained to see and answer the same.
Then the parliament proceeded to the act for the fishery and, after some debate, amendments and the addition of some clauses to the act, it was put to the vote, approve the act or not, and carried approve.
