Inventar of the writes produced be Sir Thomas Dallyell in his proces befor the parliament against Caldwell
Summonds on a protest for remeed of law at Sir Thomas' instance against the ladys of Caldwell and [...] Fairley, husband to the young lady, and two executions thereof, anno 1706.
Charter under the great seal of the lands of Caldwell and in favours of Generall Thomas Dallyell, the 7 of July 1670.
Precept under the great seall thereon in his favours, of the date foresaid.
Instrument of seazine following thereon under the hands of Mr Heugh Foreknoer, dated the eight day of October 1670, registrat in the particular register of the shyre of Renfrew, the 20 day of the said moneth of October.
Act of litiscontestation be Caldwell against Sir Thomas, bookwayes in marled paper, dated the 28 of February 1706.
Instrument of precept for remeed of law att Sir Thomas' instance against the lords of session under the hand of Andrew Marjorybanks, nottar, dated the last of Jully 1706.
Extract seazine William Muir of Caldwell of Easter and Wester Coudams on the earle of Dundonald's precept of clare constat, dated the 2 of October 1655 years, registrat on the register of seazines att Ayre, the 9 of the said month of October.
Charter of the saids lands changing the holding therof in blench be the said earle of Dundonald in favours of the said generall, dated the second day of March 1676.
Instrument of seazine following thereon under the hand of Robert Allan, nottar publick, dated the 26 day of Apprile 1706, registreat in the great seall register of seazines at Edinburgh, the 18 day of May thereafter.
Ratification in parliament of the lands of Caldwell in favours of Generall Dalziell, dated 22 August 1670.
