Petition of Lady Mary Bruce and William Cochran, younger of Ochiltree, her husband, craving allowance to retain the papers thereinmentioned, and the petitioners' receipt thereof to be given up, and also that the declarator therein narrated, at their instance, may be discussed before the lords of session, summarly read and the writs therein mentioned ordained to be putt in the clerk's hands, and the earle of Kincardine's procurators ordained to see and answer the said petition against the first sederunt of parliament for private bussiness.
