Therafter the act suspending the effect of a clause as to arming and exerciseing the country in the act of security past in the second session of this current parliament, again read and, after some reasoning therupon and some amendments, the act as amended was again read. Then the vote was putt, approve of the act or not, and it caryed approve, and was touched with the scepter by her majesties' high commissioner in the usuall maner, under the title of, act against all musters and rendezvouzes during the present session of parliament.
