Petition [of] the said Frances douager of Seaforth, craveing an warrand for letters to summond Kenneth Mackenzie, and others therein mentioned, in order to the makeing up of a write, read, and the said Kenneth Mackenzie and others allowed to see and answer.

Petition [of] Alexander Mackdonnald of Glengarie, craveing the garrison may be removed from his house at Invergarie and the parliament to modifie and determine a sum to be payed to him in reparation of his losses and damnages, read, and her majesties' advocat allowed to see and answer again the next dyet of parliament next week.

Petition [of] Sir James Steuart of Goodtrees, her majesties' advocat, craveing a day may be appointed for hearing his cause against Johnstoun of Stratoun, read and the second diet of parliament next week appointed for that effect after the dutchess of Bucceleugh's and the earl of Ruglen's.
