This sederunt is not part of the manuscript record held at NAS, PA6/8, which does, however, contain a sederunt of the nobility only, dated 'November 1646' and has, in error it would seem, 'p.863' written on the back of it (which is the page number of this sederunt in APS, vol. 6, part I). No source is given for this text in the APS chronological table. An identical sederunt, however, is recorded in Sir James Balfour's Historical Works (Edinburgh, 1824-5), iii, 307-310. Back
